I used silver rustseal to paint an Axle housing on my mg midget, i had intended to paint with blacktop as recommended by yourselves but it has now been sitting for over a month! What prep do i now need to do so the blacktop will adhear to the rustseal? July 21, 201213 yr comment_2596 If the RustSeal is fully cured, just make sure you clean the cured RustSeal with KBS Klean, scuff the RustSeal with 300 grit and apply the BlackTop.
