April 27, 201214 yr comment_2555 Yes, RustSeal can be used as a finish paint as long as the RustSeal will not be consistently exposed to sunlight. If the RustSeal will be consistenly exposed to sunlight, we do recommend applying a solid color top coat over the RustSeal.
