Should I do the three step process on the entire floor? How should I treat each area differently? April 22, 201213 yr comment_2553 That is a great question. It would be best to do all three steps on all metal and rusty surfaces. On the painted surface, scuff it up and clean those areas with KBS Klean before doing the RustSeal step.
