November 26, 201114 yr comment_2136 Can the XTC be applied with a preval sprayer? I have the primer in a spray can, but the local store didn't have XTC in spray form, and I'm not really comfortable trying an hvlp for the first time on this project. Will thinning it 5% and applying it with the preval work? November 27, 201114 yr comment_2515 Yes, Hi-Temp can be applied with a Pre-Val Spray Gun. You thin Hi-Temp 10-15% with KBS #1 Thinner and shoot it through the Pre-Val Spray Gun.
