I was just wondering if you can matt off the Rust Seal colors.  I'm trying to reproduce a red oxide finish for a undercarriage of a vehicle that l am restoring, but l want it to be in a matt finish, or do you have a matt clear to flow coat it with?

Here is a good way to matte glossy coatings like RustSeal.

Apply two or more coats of RustSeal as normal. After that, apply a final coat, thinning the RustSeal at 25-35%.  Apply what spray painters call a "dry coat", which is a single very thin coat with the spray gun set with lots of air and very little paint. This normally works quite well.
