August 5, 201114 yr comment_2117 Hi, I was wanting to know if it was possible and what the procedure would be if so for adding additional coats of Diamond Finish clear coat over fully cured Diamond Finish clear coat. I am wanting to wet sand and polish some imperfections (mainly a bit of orange peel effect) and wanted to add another coat just to help make sure I did not rub through to the base coat, in some cases the panels has been cured for maybe as long as 6 months. What do you recommend. Many Thanks Link to comment https://success.kbs-coatings.com/topic/1486-re-coating-cured-diamond-finish/ Share on other sites Share on X Share on Facebook {lang="reddit_text" Share via email Share on Pinterest
 August 5, 201114 yr comment_2485 If the DiamondFinish Clear Coat has cured for 7 days or more, you can wet sand, polish and apply additional coats of DiamondFinish Clear Coat. You can wet sand and polish like any other automotive clear coat. +Click here for DiamondFInish Clear Directions.
