Paint Under Body

I have a Buick Grand National that I am doing a body off restoration and need to paint the under body there is not much rust at all just a few minor spots. I have looked at another Paint Over Rust company and Chassis Saver and spoke with those guys both agree that there product will not adhere well to the bare metal floors that I have from a wire wheel. What I want is a good long lasting product that will stick and show well and not have fading issues it will be under the car but I have read reviews people still had fading it would be a real pain to paint once it's back together! So what are your recommendations? Also I want a satin black finish in case it matters.
