Rust Blast flash rust HELP

Featured Replies

Hi, I just treated the inside of my car with aqua clean and rust blast as per the instructions to prepare for rust seal and have been left with flash off rust over the surface, should I re-treat with rust blast or is it ok to apply rust seal over this?

Thanks

Daryl

Surface rust is OK. If you want to minimize it in the future, you can dry the surface immediately after rinsing it with water. If you just have some light surface rust, please proceed to the RustSeal step.

You can find complete directions for RustSeal application here: http://www.kbs-coatings.com/rustseal-directions.html

We also have very helpful instructional videos for the application of RustSeal that you can watch online for free here: http://www.kbs-coatings.com/instructional-videos.html

In addition, we also have a Flow Chart for the application of RustSeal here: http://www.kbs-coatings.com/rustseal-flow-chart.html

We also have our How-To Section which has two series of common step-by-step procedures for the application of RustSeal found here: http://www.kbs-coatings.com/how-to-use-kbs-coatings.html
