June 3, 201015 yr comment_2053 Can I use rustseal on a stone or concrete surface by first using a thinned down rustseal and then a second coat of rust seal. I need a really good paint like rustseal to go on as a primer before I gold leaf a stone pinnacle on a building. June 3, 201015 yr comment_2360 What color do you need. If you need Clear, you might want to consider using DiamondFinish Clear because it is UV Stable.
