KBS UnderCoat Rubberized -> https://www.kbs-coatings.com/undercoat-solvent-rubberized KBS UnderCoat Asphalt -> https://www.kbs-coatings.com/undercoat-solvent-asphalt For a smooth finish, apply BlackTop directly to the cleaned plastic wheel well liners. Oceanside Joe Posted November 23 Author Report Share Posted November 23 Hi again, I went with the KBS Undercoat Rubberized and absolutely love the texture out of the aerosol. However, I underestimated how many cans I would need and was only able to get 1 1/2 light coats on my wheel wells. Once I order more, what would be the prep needed to continue adding light coats since the current coat will be cured by then? Thanks. Amazing difference though on these 38 year old plastic wheel well liners. 1. Side by side comparison of plastic wheel well cleaned only with KBS Klean 2. Side by side comparison of plastic wheel well cleaned with only KBS Klean 3. Wheel well just before using KBS UnderCoat in an aeresol 4. Post KBS UnderCoat and looks brand new! If the surface needs cleaned, use KBS Klean to clean the surface, then simply apply more coats of KBS UnderCoat with no prep required. The pictures look fantastic. Thank you for sharing them with us.
