First is proper prep. Clean the faded plastic wheel well liners well with KBS Klean. Rinse. Then let dry.

Hi again, I went with the KBS Undercoat Rubberized and absolutely love the texture out of the aerosol. However, I underestimated how many cans I would need and was only able to get 1 1/2 light coats on my wheel wells. Once I order more, what would be the prep needed to continue adding light coats since the current coat will be cured by then?

Thanks.

They are sitting under a covered porch after drying.

Amazing difference though on these 38 year old plastic wheel well liners.

3. Wheel well just before using KBS UnderCoat in an aeresol

4. Post KBS UnderCoat and looks brand new!

If the surface has been kept clean, simply apply more coats of KBS UnderCoat with no prep required.
