DollyLover
Hi I 3d print articulated dolls with resin. It was suggested to use a 1k varnish in the joint areas where there is the most movement. Can Diamond clear be used for that? This one was specifically suggested to me. I prefer something that can brushed on rather than a spray. I plan to brush it on the joints and then top with a matte varnish. KBS Coatings
DiamondFinish Clear works very well on all tested 3D printer resins to date providing great adhesion, no interactions, and produces durability and clarity. DiamondFinish Clear is easy to brush on and provides a beautiful finish meaning DiamondFinish Clear will work well on the join areas. Always apply thin coats and never medium or heavy coats. Here is the application directions for DiamondFinish Clear -> https://www.kbs-coatings.com/diamondfinish-clear-directions Please let us know if that helps and if you have any additional questions.
