What would be the overall thickness you end up with? How many coats can be applied before your product would be too thick and more prone to failure? KBS Coatings Posted July 21, 2017 Report Share Posted July 21, 2017 The dry film thickness of each coat should be 2-3 mils. We always recommend at least 2 coats but you can apply as many coats as you desire as long as you give enough time between coats.
