We quite often get Harley cycle fuel tanks that have a factory grey sealer installed. Most of these tanks have an issue with the OE sealer flaking off over time. I've not been able to find a product that will remove the OE sealer. Do you have any experience/info on installing Gold Seal over this type of sealer? For maximum adhesion and best results, we always recommend removing any previous coatings before doing the KBS 3-Step Tank Sealing Process.
