anyone know how to put a light tint into the diamond clear, i am using transparent fishing lures and need to change the color of the body slightly, then i will hand paint slightly, then dip into the clear coat several times

You can use urethane grade tints with DiamondFinish Clear which should be free of moisture. Best practice is to only mix what you need as the pot life might be diminished once you add the tints.
