Hi,



I have an epoxy tank that is already coated with Gold Seal.



I had to drill  holes in  it to install  fuel level sensor. Now I want to re-coat  the old coating and fill the missing parts . The tank(15gal) has slosh barriers inside and only small access holes(1/2") so stripping and scraping off the old Gold Seal is not an option.



The big question is: how can I prepare/prime  the old Gold Seal coating so tthat he new  coat  will stick?
