Hello, I would like to try Motor Coater on top of my existing engine paint. It is a clean, low mileage engine that the current paint seems to be adhered to very well. I am thinking I can clean the engine, scuff it with a scotch brite pad (unsure of which color pad) then clean again prior to top coating with Motor Coater. Do you see any issues with this process? Of course I realize that your product will only adhere if the base product does as well. I really don't want to have to strip my engine to bare metal if I can avoid it. Thank you, Mike
