Cleaning is very important to open up the metal pores so the Tank Sealer can seep into and interlock with the metal.Step#2 RustBlast will help remove & neutralize the rust, gently etch the metal & leave a zinc phosphate residue for all Tank Sealer adhesion.Doing it right the first time means doing it only once.
