The first step would be to clean the fence. You will want to use the AquaKlean to accomplish that.

AquaKlean is here: http://www.kbs-coatings.com/KBS-AquaKlean_p_1-27.html

AquaKlean application information can be found here: http://www.kbs-coatings.com/AquaKlean-Information-Instructions_ep_36-1.html

The second step is the etch the metal fence. You will want to use RustBlast to accomplish that.

The next step would be to seal the fence with RustSeal. You will want to apply two coats.

RustSeal is here: http://www.kbs-coatings.com/KBS-RustSeal_p_2-18.html

RustSeal application information can be found here: http://www.kbs-coatings.com/RustSeal-In ... _38-1.html

The last step would be to topcoat the RustSeal with a UV stable topcoat. The RustSeal will chalk and fade with consistent and prolonged exposure to UV rays, so you will probably want to use a good exterior grade opaque topcoat in your color of choice to go over the RustSeal. The best way to topcoat the RustSeal is by getting your topcoat applied within 4-12 hours of your second coat of RustSeal. If you are unable to do that, you can also use the KBS Fusion Self-Etching Primer which will allow your topcoat to adhere to completely cured RustSeal.

You can find the KBS Fusion SEP here: http://www.kbs-coatings.com/KBS-Fusion--Self-Etching-Primer_p_6-28.html
