I'm wondering if I can use rustseal without having to dismantle the truck. Idealy, magic gnomes would come to my house and do the work for me, but that won't happen. KBS Coatings Posted May 9, 2013 Report Share Posted May 9, 2013 Realistically, you could wire brush any loose flaking paint and/or rust, powerwash the underside completely with KBS Klean, let it dry thoroughly. Treat any rusted areas with RustBlast and then apply a couple of coats of RustSeal and have the underside look like new.
