RustSeal on wood structure

It's for a raptor enclosure. The windows will be barred (conduit, really) and screened, but otherwise open to the elements except covered for inclement winter weather. I need it to be easily hosed out without soaking up water, and just about every other paint I've ever used outside won't stand up to the punishment of bird droppings. I'm hoping something more industrial like RustSeal will do the job.
