Okay so does it matter when I do the cure? Cause I have them primed and painted already. I wasn't supposed to bake them inbetween the priming and painting phase right?

I put 2 coats of XTC primer and then 2 coats of XTC high temp paint (stainless steel) on my longtube headers. I recently seen that I need to bake them for 30 minutes to cure? Is that true, or do i not necessarily need to do that?
